Any leftover mini pies can be individually wrapped in plastic or placed in ziplock bags and stored in the freezer. Let thaw for at least 30 minutes before eating.

Ingredients

  • Sugar-Free Lime Jello (1 full small box or half a large box)
  • 1 Key Lime Greek Yogurt cup (130g) – The cup will list 150g, when I weighed it I was only able to scoop 130g of yogurt out.

  • Keebler Graham Cracker Mini Pie Crust 6ct
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Microwave water for 60-90 seconds, Whisk in jello powder until completely dissolved.
  2. Combine Jello, Yogurt and Cool Whip. Mix until smooth.
  3. Split mixture evenly into 6 mini pie crusts.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for a firmer, less whipped texture.
  5. Optionally garnish with a lime wedge and crushed graham crackers.

The best mini no bake key lime pie cups are so easy to make! This low calorie snack can be made in minutes and enjoyed guilt free!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Sugar-Free Lime Jello (10g)

  • 1 Key Lime Greek Yogurt Cup – Sugar Free (130g)

  • 3 oz Light Cool Whip (27g)

  • 6ct Keeber Graham Cracker Mini Pie Crust

  • 1/4th cup Water (56g)

Directions

  • Microwave water for 60-90 seconds, Whisk in jello powder until completely dissolved.
  • Combine Jello, Yogurt and Cool Whip. Mix until smooth.
  • Split mixture evenly into 6 mini pie crusts.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for a firmer, less whipped texture.
  • Optionally garnish with a lime wedge and crushed graham crackers.

Notes

  • To make a single serving pie divide all grams by 6.
  • Single Serve Measurements: Jello 1.6g, Yogurt 21g, 4.5g Cool Whip, 9g Water.
  • If mixture is very watery move to the fridge for 2-5 minutes, re-whisk together once set.
