This recipe is super simple and uses ingredients you’ll likely have in your pantry.
All Purpose Flour
Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
Chicken – Cubed, Seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Paprika & Cook.
Buffalo Sauce
FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Ranch – As Topping
HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA
To make buffalo chicken pizza you’ll make a simple dough, add buffalo sauce, shredded cheese and chicken. It’ll be baked in the oven then topped with ranch dressing .
In a bowl combine all purpose flour and non-fat greek yogurt, mix together with a spoon until shaggy dough has formed.
Flour a clean surface and roll out dough ball into a large flat surface. Make sure not to roll it out too thin as dough will rip.
Transfer dough to 10″ pizza pan, spread to fill the pan, Bake crust at 350F for 10 minutes.
Remove from crust from the oven and set the temperature of the oven to 450F.
Top with buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar and cooked chicken. Place back in the oven for 7 minutes.
Top with ranch and enjoy!

1/4th (90g) Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
2 Ounces (56g) Raw Chicken Thighs – Cubed, Seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Paprika & Cook.
2 tbsp (25g) Buffalo Sauce
1/4th cup (28g) FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp (5g) Ranch – As Topping
Directions
- In a bowl combine all purpose flour and non-fat greek yogurt, mix together with a spoon until shaggy dough has formed.
