Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

This recipe has been floating around the internet for years and is popular in the low calorie / weight watchers community.

A lot of people love this recipe but personally I find it to be a bit too sticky / finicky for my liking. If you don’t love the idea of using yogurt to make pizza dough or every time you make this you feel like you need to use so much extra flour – Try my 4 Ingredient Pizza Dough Recipe instead! It has no yeast, pantry staple ingredients and doesn’t stick to everything it touches.

I’m adding this to our recipe catalog because it is recommended a ton and a lot of people really love it! We felt it needed to be included.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix together self-rising flour and greek yogurt until it forms a dough ball
  • On a floured work surface split the dough in half and use your hands to begin flattening and shaping the dough into an 8-inch round pizza or alternatively shape into bagel like shapes and top with everything but the bagel seasoning.
  • Cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees

Notes

  • The dough is going to stick to your work surface so work quickly and generously flour.
