- 1 Joseph’s Pita – 60 Calories
- 1/2 serving shredded mozzarella – 45 Calories
- 1/2 Serving Perdue Grilled Chicken – 40 Calories
- 1/2 Serving Patak’s Tikka Masala Sauce – 25 Calories
- Measure out 1/2 serving of Perdue grilled chicken strips and cook in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Cover the pita with tikka masala sauce
- Measure out 1/2 serving Mozzarella (14g) and spread evenly on the pita pizza.
- Evenly spread your cooked chicken on the pita pizza.
- Bake the pizza @375F in a toaster oven for 7 minutes (I do not preheat the oven)
